In that my chosen Voyage Maison framed picture arrived with the glass broken, I had to contact Customer Services thereafter. The response was very positive and a courier arrived promptly to collect the damaged picture back in its box. I am due a refund of both the picture and the postage paid for carriage. Disappointed that the framed picture has sold out but happy to buy again from Voyage Maison as the quality of goods is of a high standard.
