I think DPD has let you down. Everything I ordered, cushions, sofa, fabrics, etc, has been exactly what I wanted and as described. Very happy with all my purchases. (Especially the sofa!!!) However - 2 cushions have not arrived. These were ordered back in November. DPD did not inform us that they tried to deliver them. They did not inform us that they were out for delivery. Then they told us, via your email to us, that we had less than 24 hours to arrange collection from a pick-up shop. I don't drive and currently cannot walk very far. I have requested a refund.
