Contacted Voyage Outlet as the delivery company said they tried to deliver (we were in all day) and as we weren't in they were sending the package back to VO. They immediately resent the cushions and we received them a few days later. Excellent customer service and the cushions are brilliant- very good quality and exactly as described.
