Two out of three items were incorrect and no free gift received.
An email to customer service did see the correct items being delivered within a week (once I had sent a photo of the incorrect items) but I had to return the incorrect items by courier at my own cost (£12).
Can't fault the design and quality of the items (lampshades) but the company could do better in terms of fulfilling orders correctly in the first instance. Overall a mixed experience.
