I ordered a floor lamp which arrived with the bulb fitting broken. I contacted Customer Services and to be fair they very promptly sent me another. Sadly this again was broken. Customer Services very promptly arranged for DPD to collect the broken stands and refunded my money. I really wanted the lamp but having had 2 broken ones sent I didn't want to risk a 3rd and the inconvenience of waiting in for delivery again so I have only given you 2 stars. It would be good to have notification of when the item is to be delivered. However your Customer Service team were great in sorting the problem out and I would give them 5 stars.
