Received an order from Vanquish earlier on today. After viewing the products I noticed a mark on one of the tops. After a quick email to customer services to make them aware a short while later Chelsea replied and offered two options. A gift card including the shipping price or a replacement item. Can’t thank her enough, in the past dealing with other company’s to get a refund it can take days and days with vanquish it was a matter on minutes. Will 10000% recommend!!
