“Be very careful with returns at Vanquish Fitness.
I returned my order and I have both the proof of return and the tracking number, but I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted them several times by email and I keep getting the same response: “a member of our team will get in touch with you.” But nobody ever does.
In the end, you are left without your money and without the clothes you already returned. Very disappointing customer service.”

2 bestellingen geplaatst, kleren zijn niet meer wat het geweest is. Bestellingen retour gestuurd, wat je ZELF moet betalen (hou hier rekening mee, a €28 euro) en ze laten je niets weten, zelfs als je ze vraagt, geven ze aan dat ze niets hebben ontvangen. Ik kwam zelf met bewijs en toen opeens kon het wel? Maar nu krijg ik steeds dezelfde mail, of ik alle info wil opsturen, terwijl dit allang gedaan is.
Bestel hier nooit meer, ik was een vaste klant maar die zijn ze kwijt.”

“Great quality clothes, poor quality returns process. Don't mind paying the returns postage – that's standard, but I do object to being charged a 'processing fee'. The returns process is long-winded, having to raise a return which Vanquish then 'considers' before approving. Took nearly a week to get a confirmation email saying I could return my items. Shall not be purchasing from them again.”
“Beware of the 4” shorts that are really 5.5” shorts. Shirts run small. And if you’re in the US, beware that you pay for return shipment and refunds exclude tax. Ridiculous.”
