“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with Vanquish’s customer service. I had an issue with some joggers where the sizing was clearly off compared to other pairs I own in the same size. Cloé was great — quick replies, super helpful, and everything was sorted with no hassle at all. These things happen sometimes, but the way it was handled was spot on. Top service and I’ll definitely be ordering again.”

“I ordered some items for my sons Christmas and he loved the jumper and hoodie but the trackies just didn’t suit him. I was super organised and ordered end of November which then showed I was out of date for return, however, Cloé helped me make the return as they honoured the Christmas return window. The jumpers are really great quality and my son is very happy with his Christmas pressies!”

“The clothes are fine and good quality, but the returns/refund process needs improvement. The returns portal is expensive (£6) and unless you ask you don't find out there's a manual returns option that allows you to pay for your own returns at around half the price. Once the items are back with the retailer, the process can be slow. It kinda cancels out the customer engagement emails they send to thank you for repeating spending/ordering, when you are let down by other processes.”

“One of worst place to buy your clothing after we placed order and some items were not looking same as they advertise it so we tried to return them but there is no option for return you have to first contact them help email to get link for return and they mention it should be in original boxes we don’t have original box otherwise they won’t accept return it’s absolutely and fraud and scam business I will never buy sth from them”
