“Service client au top ! J’ai rencontré un problème avec un article défectueux et Cloé a été absolument parfaite. Professionnelle, rapide et vraiment à l’écoute, elle a tout réglé immédiatement et m’a proposé une solution très avantageuse. Ça fait plaisir de tomber sur un service client aussi sérieux. “The clothes are fine and good quality, but the returns/refund process needs improvement. The returns portal is expensive (£6) and unless you ask you don't find out there's a manual returns option that allows you to pay for your own returns at around half the price. Once the items are back with the retailer, the process can be slow. It kinda cancels out the customer engagement emails they send to thank you for repeating spending/ordering, when you are let down by other processes.”

“One of worst place to buy your clothing after we placed order and some items were not looking same as they advertise it so we tried to return them but there is no option for return you have to first contact them help email to get link for return and they mention it should be in original boxes we don’t have original box otherwise they won’t accept return it’s absolutely and fraud and scam business I will never buy sth from them”

“Best gym wear company to exist cloé was amazing helped me out straight away responded to my emails and resolved my issue within an hour she also offered me a goodwill gesture i am more than happy with the service i received highly recommended also forgot to mention the best fitting clothes i will always be buying from vanquish fitness thank you cloé”
