This is not my first purchase with VQ, but I made an order back summer flash sales 6/20/21 bought it with priority shipping, waited months never got the package, the track provided was false. Got into contact with costumer service after long waiting time, never had this kinda of issue on m previous orders, (Jordan) was my helper he/she I’m sure did everything to help with my situation, offer replacement of the product that was out of stock which was kinda of sad, even with new replacements of same value, one of the order was wrong, shipping came late still, but it is what it is, I will not be doing any more purchase with VQ as much as I like the workout clothing

The products will not disappoint. However it took nearly four months for the shipment to arrive. I got in touch with them earlier to ask about my shipment and they were on to it. They sent out the same product free of charge and it arrived over a week later. However, my original one that i had ordered arrived a couple of days earlier. I will say that if the delivery is taking longer than a month, get in touch with them immediately. They will prioritise resending it quicker.

I ordered leggings etc. on 26/Jan/2021. I sent an email to vanquish customer service on 28/Feb/2021 since the goods did not arrive for a month. The reply from vanquish just showed tracking number of the cargo. And the tracking number showed no progress (It had not even shipped out.), I sent an inquiry again. But the reply just showed the same tracking number again. It seemed vanquish sent a reply automatically without reading my email. Then I sent several claim letters and they finally sent the goods out on 5/Mar/2021. Though vanquish said it would arrive 6 -10 working days, it arrived on 26/Mar/2021 which was 2months after my order. I thought the goods had never arrived if I did not sent several claims. The PIC was Charlotte and Chelsea.

The clothes were okay, functional enough. Cute. I bought 2 sizes because I wanted to try both and send back the lesser of the 2 fits but they don’t pay return shipping and they are over seas so post office/ ups would cost over $100 to ship back to them. I emailed them, someone got back to me and told me that they would have DHL pick it up at my charge of $20 and once I paid it they would send me a return label. I paid the $20 and heard nothing back so I asked if I can get the return label and then they sent what seemed to be an automatic reply asking for an address, date and time to have it picked up. I responded. Got nothing back for days and reached out again and got the same email! So when I finally got that response the 3rd time I told them I wouldn’t be shopping with them and to just give my $20 back and they responded with the exact same automatic response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! For me, a company is okay to make mistakes but over and over and to not make it right, is a company that doesn’t deserve business. I have them 2 stars because the clothes are not bad but based off of the horrible lack of customer service, I wouldn’t give them any at all.

Customer service was deplorable! I got the wrong color by mistake and they wanted me to pay the delivery charge to exchange the item. I offered to purchase the correct color instead, they refused, and abruptly ended the conversation. They were very rude.

Clothes are good quality. Go a size bigger than you normal size. Disappointed though as no free returns unlike rival brands. Won’t be shopping with them again based on this. Overall cost is to expensive.

On return paper that i send back with previous order i wrote what artickles i want and sizes, however on my new track and trace i can see that i will get the same aritikle which i didnt order this time. I send 3 email in hope it can be fix before package is send but nobady replyed.

Products are 50/50. I have received half my items with no damage, while the other half with damage such as tears, fading, or discoloration. Customer service was not extremely helpful as they continued to tell me to feel free to return items. They did not in fact notify me that these items would be refunded but not the international shipping costs. So essentially what they refunded me I paid for shipping and I was given no help by them following that. The refund took over 3 weeks to get, in fact it took nearly 6 weeks to be refunded 1/8th of it and the remaining 7/8th remains unrefunded, which they said it has been processing (for the last 4 weeks that I've asked). Mind you, this was after I emailed them to let them know my items still had not shipped, and they couldn't explain why except that it was an error on their side. So they finally shipped the items 3 weeks after I ordered (not back-ordered items at all).

I had a very difficult time getting my order processed. I Originally placed the order in October, my tracking number in the email took me to a non trackable shipment, that was frustrating. When I asked again in November about my purchase a different rep other than CHARLOTTE tried to help me, but he never shipped my order, and by that time the hoodie in my original order was sold out, which was again frustrating, however I got refunded for that. Then in December when I still hadn’t seen any updates or heard about my now new attempted order, but originally placed 2 months earlier, CHARLOTTE helped by sending the remaining items available with very good tracking info. Also shipped it and received in 4 days, which I really appreciate her communication. Hopefully this never happens again. The products themselves are great, but with this being my first experience I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Customer service is allright, but shipping went wrong, i have waited over a month now and haven't get it yet, but it's coming now. Thanks to Chelsea.
