The clothes were okay, functional enough. Cute. I bought 2 sizes because I wanted to try both and send back the lesser of the 2 fits but they don’t pay return shipping and they are over seas so post office/ ups would cost over $100 to ship back to them. I emailed them, someone got back to me and told me that they would have DHL pick it up at my charge of $20 and once I paid it they would send me a return label. I paid the $20 and heard nothing back so I asked if I can get the return label and then they sent what seemed to be an automatic reply asking for an address, date and time to have it picked up. I responded. Got nothing back for days and reached out again and got the same email! So when I finally got that response the 3rd time I told them I wouldn’t be shopping with them and to just give my $20 back and they responded with the exact same automatic response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! For me, a company is okay to make mistakes but over and over and to not make it right, is a company that doesn’t deserve business. I have them 2 stars because the clothes are not bad but based off of the horrible lack of customer service, I wouldn’t give them any at all.
