Amazing customer service. After the courier lost my items by delivering them to what I suspect was a different address and marked them as lost. Charlotte arranged for my items to be reshipped with express delivery to make sure they arrived in time for Christmas. Charlotte always provides the best customer service, couldn't recommend her more.
