Customer service is excellent! They really care about their brand and consumer satisfaction. I've been ordering for a couple of years, and I've been fortunate to always get the right size, mostly because they give advice on the website and list the model's size. Recently, I ordered something that was too small, and VQ had no problem accepting the return while making the process super simple. Paying for return shipping was a bummer, but I get it. I remain a loyal customer!
