Chelsea did such a wonderful job helping me with an item that developed a fault. She was very assertive and charismatic about my experience, and really made me believe in the power of a great company, Vanquish. I was refunded for the faulty item and even had the option to choose how I would like to be refunded (gift card or resending same product) I will now be continuing to shop with Vanquish, after having such a great experience.
