I purchase a pair of joggers for Christmas and really liked them. However, after wearing them once, I found a hole where the monogram was stitched. I contacted customer service, and Chelsea was extremely helpful. She asked for a photo of the joggers, apologized for the defect, and offered me several solutions, including a refund. I chose to receive a gift card that would cover the cost of the joggers plus shipping. I will definitely use it for a new pair. I really appreciate the professional way Chelsea and Vanquish handled my issue.
