Chris dealt with my exchange the same day it was received back to them so can’t ask better than that. A swift direct email (not a generic email) and replacement order confirmation so I knew it was acted on and my exchange item is on its way. I have many pieces form VQ, quality stays wash after wash and so does the size, never shrinks unlike some others. Only thing which would be great is if the company offered free returns but perhaps it’s something in the future
