My order arrived quickly. When I needed to exchange an item I was so pleased to see I could simply write the details on a note and enclose with the item to be returned. Big relief not to have to bother with finding a printer! Within 3 working days Vanquish had received my return and I received an email from Chris to let me know my exchange was on its way! Cannot fault the service
