I emailed Vanquish initially querying an order too see when it would be dispatched. I received a reply within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. My advisor Jordan was extremely helpful and gave me the response I was looking for. I had also sent back a couple of shirts to exchange & refund as I wanted a different size for one and a refund for the other - I then enquired with Jordan if I could change the refund into an exchange for another shirt as I have been really impressed with the quality of the items I bought and kept. Again Jordan responded to me within 24 hours confirming this was absolutely fine and I have just received my confirmation of the order for the exchanges I requested. Incredibly impressed with the customer service I have received and will definately be back again. Thanks Jordan !
