I ordered several items from here, one I didn't like and sent it back to be replaced by something else. The returns form was easy to follow and the item was acknowledged the very next day by VQ and the new item was also shipped. Chris from VQ contacted me via email to let me know the item had been replaced and shipped. Can't ask for a better service then that.
