I had an issue regarding the quality of a product, my advisor Jordan was quick to respond, empathetic with my concerns and was able to resolve the issue fast and effectively. I can't fault the customer service. I have been a long time customer of Vanquish and this is the first time I have run into an issue of product quality so I view it as an anomaly. I will continue to purchase apparel from Vanquish, and a special shout out to Jordan for being an excellent advisor.
