If this company was based solely on their products this rating would be much better as the apparel is great but the service has been less than satisfactory on going emails after months of dealing with them after they sent the wrong product and having to pay huge return fees. I still don't have my items that were ordered in March ... it is now June. This has been a frustrating process. I look forward to the day I receive the quality product they provide
