Very poor service experience.
1. Three of the items I received were faulty. I emailed customer support per the instructions on the website including photos of the faults. I was initially told that I would be required to pay shipping to return the items and receive a replacement which I consider to be unacceptable.
2. When I complained and provided my view that the store should be responsible for shipping costs given the items were faulty.
3. My complaint was escalated to Charlotte from customer service. She offered the resolution of a gift card for replacement value including postage which I accepted.
4. The gift voucher value was significantly less than the amount paid for the items. Despite sending 2 emails politely requesting an explanation as to how the refund amount was calculated, it has been over two weeks with no response.
5. I don’t recommend this store.
