Superb customer service from Charlotte at Vanquish Fitness. I made an order for my son's birthday and on arrival a t-shirt was missing. I got in touch and within an hour of contacting Charlotte had sent another one out and a big apology. Thank you really appreciate the speed you dealt with the issue. Mistakes happen in every business but, it is the way they are dealt with that really matters. 👏😁👍
