First package was shipped empty... Took a while to hear back. They offered to resend the package, by the time they were ready to send it the product I had ordered was out of stock. Took a while to hear back again. Package has supposedly been shipped, except with 2/3 products I purchased. Have not heard back from “Charlotte”. Something is not right about this company… everyone’s orders were incorrect? Coincidence? Hmmmm…
They offered me a $10 off if I posted a nice review.
