The first staff member was uneasy because he couldn't solve the problem with the same text no matter how many times he emailed.
However, Mr. Charlotte and Mr. Chris responded promptly and came to a solution immediately!
He is a very nice staff, and I would like to ask again when purchasing or when something happens.
