I received my order from Vanquish. Unfortunately, part of my order was stained. I complained about this using the contact form and received a response in a few (!!) minutes. I came to an agreement with the customer service to the fullest within a very short time in one day. I haven't experienced such a nice and prompt service in a long time. THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! I am happy to order from Vanquish again !! Greetings from Germany.
