Charlotte was extremely helpful in dealing with my issue today. I sent an email with attached photos of my leggings and she replied within half an hour wheras usually when you email customer services for other clothing brands it takes days to get a response so I was really shocked in how fast my email was responded to. Really great service so thanks for that :)
