Hi Had an issue with material coming loose at the stitching on a utility jacket.
Emailed and sent pictures to clarify. I was offered a replacement or gift card which i accepted and it was sent by email straight away. I have bought quite a few items from this company and been very satisfied with the quality and now very satisfied with the customer service when i did have an issue.
