I’ve been ordering from VQ for years and have never had an issue. I needed to make some returns though recently for some size adjustments and support was quick to help me out. I returned from the US and they got back to me as soon as they got my return filling me in on what to expect moving forward. Chris was very helpful and provided me all the information I needed on the return.
