Recently received a pair of trackpants which I loved but after a few wears they tore in the crotch area. Emailed the customer service team and received an almost instant reply. The customer service team provided me with a solution that I was very happy with.
This is not the first time I've communicated with the customer service team, and have had an excellent experience once again! Definitely one of the best I've dealt with.
On this occasion, Chris helped resolve my issue in a timely manner.
