Chris was very efficient and helpful with my exchange. When I first emailed to request for the return item, within 24 hours I had a response. Once returned (excluding the weekend) I received a reply within 24 hours to advise my item has already been dispatched. Overall I’m am very pleased with the service, I would definitely recommend, the quality of the clothing is excellent and I can’t wait to continue to shop with them in the future.
