I needed to exchange some items as they were the wrong size. Chris was extremely helpful and quickly answered my questions and sent me directly the form to complete so that I did not have to search for it on the VQ Site. He then contacted me to say that the returned items had been received and would be exchanged and would be with me in 2-3 days. Excellent, quick and efficient service.
