I got an exchange for an item but did take a few weeks to get back to me but then my partner didn’t like it still so had to send back but could not send back to warehouse as they said was out of my sending back period. Got in contact with the company and sent it back to the office instead but did cost me postage but otherwise good service and would definitely order again
