I send back two Hoodied without tracking number. Vanquish says they never received them. So i paid nearly 100€ for nothing.
I was a regular costumer and paid a lot of money for the clothes. After that i would find a compromisse for example half of the refund or a discount whatever. But they did nothing. So never order something from another country.
