I made a mistake with an order I made for my partner and I had to return some items as the sizing was wrong. I emailed VQ straight away and was responded to by an AI email on the step by step return process with the form poached to print out which was super helpful. One I returned the items I did request for an additional sale item to me added to make up for the price of one of the items I returned. I then received an email back from Cloé informing me that they received the returned items, which stated “ I have just processed the request you have made via our exchange form which was sent back to us“ it was super convenient to process a return with VQ I would highly recommend them for their clothing! I have been ordering from them as they’re all myself and my partner wear! I cannot recommend this brand enough!!
