Unfortunately, I have had a very similar experience to many other Vanquish customers and received the worst customer service when returning two T-shirts. I sent the T-shirts back almost a month ago and still have not received a refund. Vanquish first said that I only sent back one T-shirt and not two. When I provided proof of postage, with the receipt, their email replies stopped. They are proving impossible to communicate with. I have sent 4 emails without reply. It makes me question how the returns department in this company is run- that they can’t count 2 T-shirts in a returns parcel, read the returns form in the parcel or reply to any emails. It makes me feel like they invest in promoting the brand via social media rather than delivering an at least satisfactory service. I am now out of pocket and out of patience. Never order from this brand.
