WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
PLEASE READ if you are thinking of purchasing product from this company. I ordered 4 items from Vanquish Fitness which happen to be too small (completely MY fault). I contacted customer service the exact same day I received my items for an exchange in product. According to their policy as a customer, if you are looking to exchange product or receive a refund it is mandated (we do not yet offer a free returns service, so you will need to cover return postage cost) that the customer pay for return shipping. After communicating with DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS I was estimated a quote between $100 - $150 to resend my apparel back. At this point, I could not justify resending my apparel back for almost more than what I paid ($140). I again, contacted customer service notifying them that time was limited as I was hoping to support their company by wearing there apparel at an event from August 3rd –August 10th which brings in approximately 1 million people from all over the world. I received a response informing me that they could use DHL collection which would cost me around $25. Charlotte (customer service) sent me a link informing me “Please can you let me know once this has been paid, so we can arrange a collection?” She requested that I let them know which address DHL collection could pick up the apparel and that they required a 4 hour time slot Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. I went ahead and paid the collection free, sent them my info and heard nothing for approximately 4-5 days. After hearing nothing I contacted customer service yet again notifying them payment was sent along with info (Vanquish Policy notes “items need to be returned within 14-days to be entitled to a refund” – at this point I wanted a full refund no exchange due to inadequate customer service). Well today, I had the opportunity to receive an email from customer service notifying me that a collection date was booked as requested on Wednesday August 7th. FYI, this date selection was not given as an available option as I would be at the event I was HOPING to wear their apparel. Yet again, I contacted customer service (Charlotte) regarding this matter. Well, I just received an email back from customer service requesting me to ask a friend or family member if they could be present for this cannot be rearrange. So, due to their mistake in comprehending my email it appears that I suffer the consequences with either finding someone to be available (for a 4-hour time slot) or take another loss on top of my original order. Personally, I wish I would have read others reviews as it appears customer service is HORRIFIC when it comes to exchange in product or refund. As a business, one would think customer service and satisfaction would always be priority not looked into when negative reviews are written. I have tried extensively to be very open minded with this company, but at this point as a customer I’m dissatisfied with their customer service and cannot justifying purchasing their product in the future.
