I bought 2 pants and a hoodie from VQ. They look great but unfortunately the pants stiching was faulty so i made a reclamation. The reclamation was handled well by Chelsea and i received a gift card as compensation. I bought the same pants with the card and upon receiving i noticed the same fault. Once again reclamation was handled great and i received a gift card. The clothes look and feel great but the quality just doesnt seem to match the price range, atleast not in my case. Perhaps this was just a temporary fault in production. Customer service etc was handled great though!
