l had an issue with some new pants I recently brought from VQ. I felt like I was going to have to argue or constantly go back and forth with them in order for the issue to be resolved. Not only did they respond fast, by the second response they gave me two options to choose from to resolve the issue that I thought was very generous of them. They made me feel safe buying their product in the future and I felt valued as a customer. Great Experience!
