My Vanquish Joggers after three weeks already had an ever growing hole in the joggers and after having 3 other pairs that have been impressed quality I wasn’t happy. I contacted them and the service was amazing. In less than a day I had a email back from somebody not just an automated email. I had a mixture of emails from CHRIS, CHARLOTTE and CHELSEA who all helped me and now I am getting a gift card with the price of the joggers. I would highly recommend this company as their service and help after my disappointment was very satisfactory.
