I messaged them about an order that didn’t arrive. They quickly responded, stayed in touch with me for a couple days to get all my info and offered me other options. I woke up this morning to a message from them saying they duplicated my order.
I have to say their customer service was absolutely amazing! I’m extremely satisfied.
