they are a very serious company and responded email very fast, I Present a few issues but Chelsea was able to resolve , thing you should keep in mind if you live in USA you would get charge an International fee and returning an item back is very expensive , luckily they offer a collection back at £20 also got a International fee on this too, but was better option that send by myself.
