I wrote to customer services as my sweatpants had developed a snag above the logo only after having them a couple of months. I really liked them, especially the great fit and quality, so was surprised when this happened. Plus, I had bought from Vanquish before and had no problems with the quality of the clothes whatsoever.
Charlotte in customer services was very helpful and prompt with her solution to resolve the issue, with no fuss. Vanquish is now going to send me a new pair of these great sweatpants. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you!
