I ordered an XL that was too big I’m 230 lbs 5’8” BF 12%. I exchanged for a smaller size L. Only drawback is they don’t cover shipping and I live in USA so it costs $24.00. Thankfully the issue was resolved and I received a discounted order On my next purchase.
