There was some information about free shipping to Europe on the website, that wasn’t corresponding, when i wanted to check-out my purchase. So i sent an e-mail with some questions. Within 24 hours i had a response that they would refund the shipping of my purchase if I bought for that amount (like the website said). They took the feedback and let IT check it out. I am really pleased with the fast response and the service quality.
