The customer service representative Charlotte was extremely helpful when i required help with a faulty item that I had received. Upon emailing the company, Charlotte not only replied to me quickly, but provided me with a suitable solution of giving me a gift card to re-order the faulty item and cover delivery costs all within the span of a couple of days which i found was very helpful.
