Made an order and the item came with a hole in the pocket. Everything about the item was perfect, contacted them as I thought this would just be me getting the bad one of the batch however I was reassured that they have not had this before and they completely apologise. Their service was outstanding and i could not thank Chelsea enough. She has helped me with providing a gift card for the full amount. This has definitely not put me off and I will be using them again and will be recommending this company to family and friends ☺️
