They customer service and logistic is extremely poor, I cannot under why they can just reply similar formatted email when a customer cannot receive anything in a month.......and they can just reply email very very slowly and their service hotline is fake, no one will answer your call.
They forget to place order for you, just keep you waiting, reply same email, not helpful......I can said their service is sucked.
