I ordered a product from VQ and hadn’t received my product within the time frame and so I emailed customer service as the courier had apparently not received. Chelsea got back to me within an hour trying to resolve the issue, and get a response from the courier. Very pleased with how quick the replies were, and with how the situation was handled. Definitely does not put me off ordering with them again. Great quality clothes and customer service 👏🏼
