I got pants for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them as well as the rest of our stuff we got together. He had a bit of an issue with the pants and omg Charlotte was unbelievable in her response time with me as well as a great resolution. I’m a huge believer in the value of a company is their customer service and from this experience, their customer service is ON POINT! I love it and will be a life long customer as long as I’m in the gym (hehe)
