VTNZ Rosebank Road, Auckland. Terrible experince there. I got my motorhome checked and they found a few things, I got them fixed and went back just out of 28 days recheck and they found more things - why not the first time? So I get it fixed again and go back, they refused the recheck because it was an hour from closing time at 1pm. Why can’t a recheck be prioritised. Reception didn’t help. Escalated to manager and didn’t help. Never again.
