VTNZ is an organisation designed to extract money from your wallet and they are experts in their field.
There is a high percentage of foreign ownership and the minister of transport in tandem with NZTA / WAKA KOTAHI, have absolutely no control over this franchise.
The staff are quite simply incompetent and incentivised to meet financial targets through the deliberate process of failing vehicles for what can only be described as spurious reasons.
This is just another example of government incompetence and systemic failure.
